    Lead product strategy and roadmap for electric and hybrid aviation propulsion systems (ESS, EPU, EPS). Drive OEM discussions, translate operational needs into product architectures, and run system trade-offs across performance, cost, safety, ageing and certification. Coordinate engineering, certification, business and innovation teams to ensure product-market fit. Earlier role as Product & Sales Engineer: requirement translation, thermal and electrical simulation (Matlab/Simulink), and commercial development of the B23 Energic aircraft.

    Co-founded the Product Management function (market analysis, requirements, roadmap governance) and owned the heavy-duty battery product line for EU and US markets — buses, trucks and off-highway BEV/FCEV platforms. Led product lifecycle through to industrial deployment, including the US plant launch, coordinating R&D, industrialization and commercial teams on a multi-million USD product line. Earlier IVVQ role covering 600–800 V battery validation, ageing modelling, thermal-runaway strategies and standards compliance (UN38.3, R100, UL2580, IEC 62619).
